The design team responded to the regulations, the feasibility study, and the client’s requirements by achieving the highest possible investment returns from the land by opening up to the boulevard and integrating with it. This made possible by providing a central square that welcomes passers-by on the boulevard. This plaza also overlooks all the interior spaces of the project (offices & retails). The total rental spaces for offices in this project reach 24,959m2, in addition to 2,678m2 for retail stores.
