The facades are placed at different levels in the horizontal direction (x,y), where the glass openings in the protuding masses are reduced and sun breakers are added to contribute in decreasing the operating cost. The protruding masses cast shadows on the recessed masses, which gives the opportunity to add more glass openings on the shaded masses. The alternation between protruding and recessed masses creates balconies which in turn contribute in creating a better work environment.
