On an area of 6,000m2, TM+B managed the implementation of private palace in Riyadh. The financial value of the project amounted to 60 million SAR, while the building process took 24 months. Initially, TM+B succeeded in lowering the cost of the project by 35% without effecting the quality of execution and building materials. The team provided technical supervision over all engineering departments until the project was delivered with the highest quality and within the contractual period.
